When you arrive to our campus on the east side of Poplar Bluff, you will see our Sanctuary (with attached Christian Education wing) and Family Life Center.

Our sanctuary’s main entrance is covered by a portico for easy drop-offs.


Sundays

10am | Morning Worship Service • all ages come together in the main sanctuary for prayer, singing, evangelistic preaching, and response to God’s Word.

Children’s Sunday School • Taking place simultaneously with the 10am morning worship service, kids are involved in age-specific, biblical teaching that develops their foundation as disciples of Jesus Christ.

5pm | Evening Worship Service • in this focused setting you can expect to experience substantial ministry and be challenged and encouraged in your walk with God.

Wednesdays

11am | Senior Adult Service • senior adults gather in the main sanctuary for a service, often followed by fellowship.

7pm | Midweek Ministry • adults gather for interactive Bible teaching and prayer.

Ignite Youth (ages 12-18) • a fun setting of group ministry for young people

Spark Kids (ages 4-11) • children’s ministry with a Bible lesson, crafts, and other activities



What to Expect

Bluff City AWC is a diverse, multi-generational church located in Poplar Bluff, Missouri. We are characterized by friendly people, vibrant worship and passionate preaching.

At AWC you will meet all kinds of people, and probably even someone from your own neighborhood. Whoever you are and wherever you're from, we hope you visit us and become part of our church family.


For Your Kids

Kids through age 11 have a ton of fun as they learn about Jesus through worship, age-specific lessons, and a variety of exciting activities.

We have a staffed nursery for children through age 3, groups for kids 4-11, and youth ministry for teens 12-18.


Nursery - Age 0-3

During our weekly services we have a staffed nursery for kids age 0-3. Parents can check-in their child and participate fully in the church service.
